Santiago Sanguinetti. Montevideo, 1985. He studied at the EMAD in Uruguay, where he was Artistic Director between 2016 and 2019. He presented some of his shows in cities such as Nottingham, Buenos Aires (TC-TNA, and Teatro El Extranjero), Havana, Heidelberg, Munich (Residenztheater), among others. His Trilogía de la revolución won the Premio Nacional de Literatura, the Onetti de la Intendencia de Montevideo, the Florencio de la Asociación de Críticos, the Molière de la Embajada de Francia, and the mention Teatro del Mundo (UBA) for Foreign Performance 2016. It has been translated into French, English, Portuguese and German, and published in Montevideo, Havana, Mexico City, Munich and Madrid. El gato de Schrödinger was premiered by the Comedia Nacional in 2016.
