Alina Marinelli
Argentina
Movement artist, performer and teacher born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated in Choreographic Composition, mention in Dance Theater, at the National University of Arts and trained independently in different techniques of Dance, Composition and Improvisation.
Since 2009 she teaches Contemporary Dance, Training and Improvisation, the potential of the body as a generator of context, as a tool/weapon and refuge, in link and through different media, are some of the interests that cross her practice and research.
She participated in works, performances, interventions and improvisation projects self-directed and in collaboration with various artists (Diana Theocharidis, Jennifer Allora and Guillermo Calzadilla, Eugenia Estévez, Luciana Acuña, Martín Piliponsky, Luis Biasotto, Fabiana Capriotti, Diana Szeinblum, Celia Arguello Rena, Pablo Lugones, Camila Malenchini, Nicolás Roses, Bárbara Hang and Ana Laura Lozza, Agustina Muñoz, Florencia Rodríguez Giles, among others), in festivals, theaters and art spaces in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, inside and outside Argentina.
